"A little late, but still fine overall"
I was expecting it to arrive on the scheduled day, so it was a bit disappointing that it showed up a day late. That said, the packaging was in good shape and everything seemed to be packed properly, so overall the delivery was mostly okay.

"Decent deal, honestly"
I looked around at a few different places before buying, and Scootaround Store had one of the better prices I could find. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the shipping cost was reasonable too, which was a nice surprise. The scooter seems like it’s worth what I paid, and so far it’s been working well. Hopefully it holds up.

"Good scooter, but it takes some effort"
The scooter feels sturdy and it’s worked every time I’ve needed it so far. No real problems with how it rides or holds up. I just wish it didn’t take quite so much effort to deal with, especially when moving it around or getting it set up. Overall though, it’s been a solid scooter

"Support got back to me fast"
I’m totally calm about it, but yeah, support replied way quicker than I expected and helped me out right away. Smooth experience overall...

"I had to return a scooter..."
I had to return a scooter part because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. The return process took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating, but customer service did get back to my emails and explained the steps in a way that was easy to follow.
Later on, I ran into a small warranty issue, and they helped me get it sorted without making it a huge hassle. I wouldn’t say they’re the fastest, but they did take care of the problem, so overall I’m satisfied. 4 stars
